Shipping Policy

Every Lumrae order ships free, worldwide. There are no shipping charges added at checkout and no surprise fees on delivery.

Order processing

Orders are checked and prepared within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is received, and a second email with tracking as soon as it leaves our fulfilment partner.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Delivery windows vary by destination and by the size of the fixture. Larger pendant and ceiling lights can sit at the longer end of that range.

Tracking

Tracking is provided on every order. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we will chase it for you.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the destination country of our fulfilment partner may occasionally attract import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These are not included in the price at checkout and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we will correct it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
