Natural wood is paired with clear glass, and the timber is left to read as itself rather than disguised as something more expensive. Day to day it holds its shape and colour rather than fading into something tired. A soft, slightly damp cloth is all the maintenance it asks for.
A warm, steady LED core
The LED core runs warm and steady, giving the kind of light you want at the end of a day rather than the kind found in an office. Warm output was chosen so the timber keeps its colour under the light rather than going grey. Nothing was added to the fitting that the wood and the glass do not already do.
